FINANCIAL AID

  • Is based on the need for a helping hand in times of financial emergency.

  • It is designed to discourage an on-going dependency upon the school for an assumed entitlement.

  • It applies only to tuition and may not exceed 50% of parent’s tuition payments annually.

 

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS

  • Staff members at WVCS are eligible for an annual discount for their children.

  • Families who pay tuition in full prior to the start of school are eligible for a 5% discount. 

  • Parents who are in full time ministry such as a pastor or missionary may also be eligible for a discount.

  • Sibling discounts are offered for the 2nd + siblings.

  • 10 and 12 month billing plans are available.

 

 

 

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Create a Account and complete a New Student Application (if not currently enrolled)
  2. Complete the Financial Aid Application and submit with $30 application fee
  3. Be sure to fill out ALL information.  Incomplete applications may cause a delay in processing
  4. Applicants are encouraged to submit a letter of explanation along with the application
